Starting a business is a daunting task; where do I start? from who should I take advice? is my market research a strong one? will it work as expected? can I deal with failure?...
So many questions... In most of the African countries for example, many people can start a business informally to test it out first without worrying about market regulations, juridical form or taxes, that's the power of the informal sector which makes it easier for beginners.
